How quickly will my order be delivered?

We always aim to prepare and deliver orders as quickly as possible. When same-day delivery is unavailable, we will arrange delivery for the following day. We will contact you directly regarding any urgent request or special requirement.

What condition will my bouquet arrive in?

We receive fresh flowers regularly and carefully select every stem. Some flowers may arrive partially closed because they are fresh; this helps them last longer and allows you to enjoy them as they open and bloom.
